it is second jacket I ordered for my puppy. for westie L size fits for about 6 months, and in first jacket buttons last not very long, but we like jacket design so ordered once again. XXL for 8 months westie is a bit loose fit, but cover all belly, so for girl it is ok. a bit long in length
